These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of fathersonsmobiledetailinghouston.com and to the services, text messages and other communications provided by Father & Son's Mobile Detailing Houston ("Father & Son's," "we," or "us"). By using our website, booking a service, or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book services or opt in to text messages. If you act on behalf of another person or business, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for them.

2. Electronic communications

By contacting us or booking a service, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically, by email or text message as described below, about your request or service. Notices, agreements and other communications we send electronically satisfy any requirement that they be in writing.

3. Privacy

Please see our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use and share information about you.

4. Our services

We provide mobile detailing, paint correction and ceramic coating at our customers' locations in Richmond, Texas and across Fort Bend County. Service descriptions and prices on our website are general information. Your final price and scope are confirmed in your quote or booking. Online booking or payment may be handled by third-party providers whose own terms also apply.

4A. SMS and text messaging program terms

These terms apply to text messages from Father & Son's Mobile Detailing Houston to people who have given their mobile number and agreed to receive messages, for example through a form, chat widget, keyword, booking or by texting us first.

Program description. Father & Son's sends replies to your questions and quote requests, appointment confirmations and reminders, and updates about your service. If you separately agree to marketing texts, we may also send specials and seasonal offers. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Opt-out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text "STOP" to the number you received messages from. After you send "STOP," we will send you one confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time, or text "START," and we will start sending messages again.

Help. If you are having trouble with the messaging program, reply "HELP" for more assistance, or contact us at fatherandsons.mobiledetailing@gmail.com or 713-373-1183.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message frequency and rates. Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Privacy. If you have questions about privacy, please read our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Prohibited conduct

You will not violate any law or anyone's rights while using our website or services. You will not:

• Engage in harassing, threatening or abusive conduct toward us or our staff.
• Impersonate any person or business, or misrepresent your affiliation with one.
• Sign up, or try to sign up, any other person for our text messages or services without their permission.
• Interfere with, disrupt, overburden or damage our website.
• Scrape or extract data from our website by automated means, or ignore the instructions in our robots.txt file.
• Use our website or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

6. Our content

The text, photos, videos, logos and other content on our website belong to Father & Son's or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

7. Third-party services

Our website links to services we do not control, such as booking, payment, review, map and social media sites. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

8. Disclaimer

Our website and its content are provided "as is." We work to keep the information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Father & Son's is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our website. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under law that cannot be limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use our website or services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
