We provide mobile detailing, paint correction and ceramic coating at our customers' locations in Richmond, Texas and across Fort Bend County. 2. Information we collect and how we collect it

We may collect two types of information: personal information, which identifies you (such as your name, email address, phone number and service address), and non-personal information, which is about you but does not identify you (such as the pages you view on our website).

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may send you:

• Service messages: replies to your questions and quote requests, appointment confirmations and reminders, and updates about your service.
• Marketing messages: specials and seasonal offers, only if you have separately agreed to receive marketing texts.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.

We do NOT share your phone number or opt-in consent with third parties unless we've received your express written consent to do so. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

5. How we protect your information

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against loss, destruction and unauthorized access, use or disclosure. We require our service providers to apply similar protections. No technology, data transmission or system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. If you believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, contact us right away.

We may share personal information:

• With service providers that perform services for us, such as scheduling, payment, phone and messaging, email and website hosting. They may use it only to provide those services to us.

The text-message limits in section 4 apply to all sharing described here. We do not sell your personal information.

7. Information from children

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it as soon as possible. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, please contact us.

8. Links to other websites and services

We are not responsible for the practices of websites or services linked to or from our website, such as booking pages, review sites, maps and social media. A link does not mean we endorse that site or service. Their own privacy policies apply.

9. Do Not Track

Some browsers have a "Do Not Track" feature. Our website does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

10. Your choices and rights

• Reply STOP to any text to stop text messages.
• Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
• Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. We may need to keep certain information for record keeping, to complete a transaction you started, or to comply with the law. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request.
